Maintenance Time Your drone will be repaired and shipped within 30 days after receipt.
Dear user, to help you resolve the issue more efficiently, please follow the steps below to proceed with the maintenance service:
● Submit a detailed description of the problem to the After-Sales Service Department.
● Send the drone to the factory.
● Confirm the damaged parts and receive a quotation.
● Make the payment for the maintenance fee.
● Schedule the maintenance.
● Complete the maintenance work and have the drone shipped back.
If the user does not accept the repair fee, the drone will be returned, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the user.
The shipping cost caused by product quality issues will be covered by the manufacturer.
The shipping cost caused by damage to the aircraft due to user reasons will be borne by the user.
